Sanitary RO, NF and UF Element Specification Sheets, using the patented Turboclean rigid shell.
Spiral wound reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), and ultrafiltration (UF) elements are used in the beverage and dialysis industries for water purification. These applications are sensitive to biological contamination of their end product. Historically, these applications have used a standard element construction, which incorporates a fiberglass (FRP) outerwrap, plastic anti telescoping devices (ATD), and a brine seal. Although these applications do not require sanitary element construction, we believe they would benefit from their application.

Membrane Characteristics
- ACM1/ACM2: RO high rejection, fully aromatic, polyamide thin film composite membrane on polyester backing
- ACM3/ACM4: RO low pressure, fully aromatic, polyamide thin film composite membrane on polyester support.
- X-20: RO low fouling, fully aromatic, polyamide-uera thin film composite membrane on polyester support.
- SB90: NF cellulose acetate(CA) membane on polyester support, 90% NaCl.
- UE10: UF 10,000 dalton polyethersulfone (PES) membrane on polyester support.
- UE50: UF 100,000 dalton polyethersulfone (PES) membrane on polyester support.
