Turboclean Dairy UF Element Specification Sheets, using the UE10 AUM ™ Ultrafiltration Membranes is a polyethersufone (PES) membrane with a molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of 10,000 daltons. The membrane elements meet USDA and FDA guidelines and can be made with different size feed spacers as well as high temperature construction .
